These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products sold through this website by 13905225 CANADA INC., operating under the business name SUPREMOS, and marketing the brand ALNABAA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website or purchasing an ALNABAA product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Product Description & Intended Use
The ALNABAA Azan Clock is a time-keeping device designed to calculate and announce prayer times according to the Shia Ithna Ashari (Jaʿfari) method only.
The clock announces Azan three (3) times daily only:
- Fajr
- Dhuhr
- Maghrib
Prayer times are calculated based on:
- Selected city or location
- Time zone settings
- Daylight Saving Time settings
- Manual latitude/longitude input (if applicable)
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct location
- Ensuring accurate time zone and Daylight Saving settings
- Verifying displayed prayer times with their local mosque where required
- Making manual adjustments using the Azan Safety Time feature if needed
3. Religious Scope & Disclaimer
The ALNABAA Azan Clock is designed exclusively for followers of the Shia Ithna Ashari (Jaʿfari) school of thought.
Prayer times are calculated according to established Jaʿfari standards to the best of our knowledge. However, prayer times may vary depending on:
- Local mosque determinations
- Regional practices
- Religious authority guidance
- Observational differences
The Fajr time displayed by the clock is not equivalent to Imsak time. Users observing fasting must confirm Imsak time with their local mosque or religious authority.
The ALNABAA Azan Clock is a time-keeping aid only.
We are not responsible for:
- Differences in religious interpretation
- Missed prayers due to incorrect configuration
- Local timing variations
- Power interruptions
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Users are solely responsible for verifying prayer times according to their own religious guidance.
4. Power Supply & Reset Behaviour
The ALNABAA Azan Clock requires continuous power to retain user settings.
If power is interrupted due to battery removal, battery depletion, or USB disconnection, the clock may reset to default settings. This behavior is normal and does not indicate a defect.
Customers are responsible for re-configuring settings after a reset.
Preventing Unintentional Resets
When replacing batteries:
- Connect the clock to USB power first
- Replace batteries
- Remove USB only after batteries are installed
When relocating the clock:
- Insert batteries before disconnecting USB
- Reconnect USB if desired
Maintaining continuous power helps prevent loss of settings.
5. Pricing, Currency & Payments
Prices may be displayed in CAD or USD depending on customer location.
International payments may be processed in USD.
Currency conversion rates and transaction fees are determined by the customer’s financial institution or payment provider. 13905225 CANADA INC. / SUPREMOS is not responsible for exchange rate differences or banking fees.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
For Interac e-Transfer payments, orders will not be shipped until payment confirmation is received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Canada and, where applicable, from fulfillment partners in the United States.
Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs duties or import fees
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier-related delays beyond our control
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
If a shipping label has already been created, cancellation is subject to whether the label can be successfully voided.
Approved cancellations are refunded minus non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 4%).
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The incorrect item was shipped
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Approved refunds are issued after inspection and are subject to:
- Deduction of payment processing fees (approximately 4%)
- Original shipping costs being non-refundable
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Improper setup or configuration
- Damage caused by misuse
9. Warranty
The ALNABAA Azan Clock includes a limited 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect configuration
- Accidental damage
- Power surges
- Normal wear and tear
10. Software & Updates
The ALNABAA Azan Clock is provided as-is. No future software updates are included or guaranteed after purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of 13905225 CANADA INC. (SUPREMOS) shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, manuals, branding, and product materials are the property of 13905225 CANADA INC. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
