Refund & Return Policy

At ALNABAA Azan Clock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original packaging

• The item is in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products

• Items damaged due to improper use

• Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email:

Include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if item is damaged)

We will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your clock arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
